I recently attended a session on The Neuroscience of Leadership delivered by Ayesha in Auckland New Zealand. Her expertise on the matters of the brain as it relates to leadership is impressive and the research she shared is compelling. In today's global environment of leading a diversity of teams, Ayesha's wisdom is highly needed. She is able to take a complex topic- neuroscience- and not only make it understandable to non-scientists but to make it entertaining as well. Her presentation was filled with easy to apply actions.
